Can I use tile or fixtures I already bought?
Yes. Let us know what you've got when you reach out.
Can a tub be turned into a walk-in shower in a small bathroom?
Usually, yes. The tub space becomes the shower. Every bathroom is a little different, though.
Do you do basement bathrooms?
Yes.
What finishes can I pick from?
That's up to you. The bathrooms on this site have marble-look, concrete-look and wood-look porcelain, herringbone, glass doors, niches, benches, and brass, matte black and chrome fixtures.

What should I tell you when I reach out?
Your budget range, which bathroom, when you'd like it done, and any ideas you have. Photos of the room, or of bathrooms you like, are a big help. You can text them to (913) 689-9483.
When's the best time to reach you?
Evenings, between 4 and 7. You can send the form any time, and we'll get back to you within a day.
Do you do the plumbing and electrical?
Some of it. Chino brings in licensed trades where the job calls for it.
Are estimates free?
Yes.
Where do you work?
Kansas City, De Soto, Lenexa, Olathe, Overland Park, Shawnee, Mission and Merriam. If you're close by and not on the list, ask anyway.
How far out do you schedule?
Usually about two weeks, so every material is on site before anything comes out. We keep the calendar deliberately short. Reach out early if you can.
About the work.
Can I bring my own design or plans?
Please do. Photos, plans, whatever you've got.
Which waterproofing do you use?
We work with HydroBlok and Schluter Kerdi. Our waterproofing guide explains how they compare.
Do you do small bathrooms and powder rooms?
Yes. A small bathroom done properly is worth as much as a large one.

We take a limited number of bathrooms at a time so each one gets our full attention.
Who does the plumbing and electrical?
Some of it Chino does himself. Where the job calls for a licensed trade, he brings one in.
